Real Farm Manager — Privacy Policy

1 Who we are

Real Farm Manager (the "Game") is a mobile farming simulation developed and published by PipsApps ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the Game handles, why, and who else is involved. Questions? Email pipsapps@gmail.com.

3 Data stored on your device

Your progress — the farms you create, in-game money, machines, upgrades, and settings — is stored locally in the app's own storage on your phone. It is not uploaded to us and we cannot read it. Deleting the app, or clearing its data, permanently removes this progress. We do not provide cloud backup, so a fresh install starts a new game (purchases can be restored via Google Play — see section 7).

4 What we do not collect

• No name, email, phone number, or account — the Game has no login.
• No contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera access.
• No personal profile of you, and no cross-app tracking. The only analytics are anonymous, opt-in gameplay stats described in section 6.
• We never sell your data.

5 Location & map data

Real Farm Manager is played on a real-world map, so it works with geographic coordinates:

Optional "my location" button

If you tap the button to center the map on where you are, the app asks your device for its location once and uses it only to move the map. This location is not stored and is not sent to us. If you never tap it, the app never requests your device location.

Map area & farm coordinates

To draw the map, load nearby fields, and show real weather, the app sends the coordinates of the map area you are viewing (and your chosen farm location) to the third-party services listed in section 8. These are the places you pan to on the map — not a record of your physical movements.

6 Advertising & analytics

The Game shows rewarded ads only — ads you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. There are no forced full-screen or banner ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID and ad-related device information to serve and measure ads.

In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the first time you open the Game we ask, in a single prompt with two separate checkboxes, whether we may use your data for personalized ads and for anonymous analytics — you choose each independently, and both are off unless you tick them. Elsewhere, both are on by default and you can switch them off anytime. If personalized ads are off, you still get the same rewarded ads — they are just non-personalized. You can change either choice anytime in Settings → Privacy, and you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on most Android phones). Anonymous gameplay analytics (opt-in)

To learn where players get stuck and make the Game better, we use Google Firebase Analytics to record anonymous, aggregated events — for example which tutorial step you reach, when you complete or fail an order, or when you level up. These events contain no name, email, or contact details and are not used to build an advertising profile of you.

In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland analytics is off until you agree (the same one-time choice above); elsewhere it is on by default. Either way you can turn it on or off anytime in Settings → Privacy → Anonymous stats. See Google's Firebase privacy notice for details.

7 In-app purchases

You can optionally buy gem bundles and machine packs. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing — your payment details go to Google, never to us. We only receive confirmation of what you purchased so the Game can grant the items. Permanent packs are tied to your Google account and can be restored with the "Restore purchases" option after reinstalling. Refunds and payment questions are handled by Google Play.

8 Third-party services

The Game connects to the following services. Each receives your IP address as part of a normal request, plus the specific data noted:

• Google AdMob — rewarded ads (advertising ID, ad/device info). Privacy policy
• Google Firebase Analytics — anonymous, opt-in gameplay stats (app-instance ID, event data). Privacy notice

• OpenStreetMap — map tiles for the area you view. Privacy policy
• Overpass API — real farmland/field data for the map area you view.
• MapLibre demo tiles — map label fonts.

9 Children

Real Farm Manager is not directed to children under 13, and it contains ads and optional in-app purchases. If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, please use the Game only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

10 Your choices & rights

Because we don't hold personal data about you on our servers, you stay in control on your device:

• Delete your data: uninstall the Game, or clear its app data, to remove all local progress.
• Turn off analytics & ad personalization: switch off Stats & personalized ads in Settings → Privacy at any time; we then collect no gameplay events and ads become non-personalized.
• Reset ad tracking: reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's privacy settings.
• Manage purchases: view your purchase history in the Google Play Store.

If you live in the EEA, UK, or California, you have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since the data described here is handled by Google (ads and payments), you can exercise most of these rights through Google's account controls; for anything else, contact us and we'll help.

11 Security & retention

Local game data is protected by your device's app sandbox, and all network requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. We keep no personal data on our own servers, so there is nothing for us to retain or breach. Data held by Google (ads, payments) is retained under Google's own policies.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game evolves. When we do, we'll change the "Effective" date at the top of this page, and we'll note significant changes in the app or store listing. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised policy.
